f ( Link=TREE STUMP REMOVER.) This is a FISHING TROLLEY BEDCHAIR by CANOBEL.
It is particularly suited for Carp-Fishing. It was developed by an experienced angler
and an engineer. The Trolley had a Patent issued by the Intellectual Property Office of the United Kingdom.
It has the Trade Mark CANOBEL also issued by the Intellectual Property Office of the United Kingdom.
This trolley was conceived because anglers usually have many items of cumbersome equipment to carry to the waters edge from their mode of transport.
Angler's equipment is generally carried by themselves and is often incumbent about their person; they often walk over uneven and sometimes muddy and slippery terrain. This task can be strenuous, inconvenient, tedious and not without risk of personal injury, loss or damage to equipment
The equipment carried can include fishing rods, poles, nets, weights, flies, bait tackle box, camping stove, food, drink, provisions, water carrier, camp bed, chair and a tent.
This trolley was designed and developed to enable the carrying of equipment outlined above while making it easier and more convenient. It comprises a wheeled aluminium alloy tubular space frame construction having a cubic configuration. Parts of the of the structure have variable geometry and are moved to certain positions to form a camp bed with adjustable head and backrest, or a chair or a trolley with an adjustable handle.
The trolley has two folding wheels to reduce its size when transporting in a vehicle and to give more room around the trolley when parked.
The trolley has four main legs and six when the camp bed is unfolded. Each of these legs are adjustable in length by means of both a coarse and fine adjustment mechanism in order to level the trolley when on uneven ground.
The fishing-trolley-bed-chair has two secured yet releasable and demountable drawer and cabinet units respectively each having a pair of carrying handles and a shoulder strap. These can be used as drawers and a cabinet when secured within the trolley frame when parked as a trolley, chair or bed. They can also be removed from the trolley and carried by the two handles or shoulder strap.
The primary structure is constructed mainly from aircraft grade aluminium alloy and also has components made from titanium, stainless steel and mild steel.
The whole unit is designed to be compact when folded for home storage and also for transporting by vehicle. Equipment and tackle can be kept in the drawers and cabinets when not in use which gives it a 'Grab and Go' aspect.
In my opinion it is a good piece of kit which I think works well!
This fishing-trolley is not currently in production. However, it is hoped that the exhibition of this piece of angling equipment has been of interest to anglers and others.
